Essen Meeting / 5-7 April 2022
The first evaluation meeting was held on 5th - 7th April 2022 in Essen, Germany with the participation of all project partners. We have completed an unforgettable trip and meeting together. What made these unforgettable was our host friends of course. First of all, we would like to thank the entire German team, and Barbara BIRGHAN and Franjo GÖRGEN, who organised this wonderful event. We have been in lockdown in our homes and offices for more than two years due to the pandemic. This meeting just hit the spot and we are now more willing to work harder and do much better. A special thank you to everyone who attended the meeting. Travelling to a different country in a short period of time is not an easy task. You took time to attend this meeting  and stayed away from your families and loved ones. It was so nice to see you and get together again.
  • Partners discussed topics related to general management, budget management, evaluation studies were discussed, monitoring and evaluation reports were presented, 
  • O1 intellectual output which constitutes the engineering infrastructure of the VSL on Tourism, have been introduced to the partners and evaluations have been done,
  • The project website and social media pages were evaluated, visitor statistics were evaluated, actions can be carried out to increase the number of visitors have been discussed,
  • Studies have been carried out in the scope of preparation phase were evaluated,
  • The data gained as a result of curriculum scans was evaluated,
  • The study plan has been reviewed, foreseen risks and cautions against them were discussed,
  • Next tasks for the future plans have been discussed.
