The first meeting is the General Preparation Meeting (M1) held on 12.02.2021 via ZOOM. All partners of the project partner were represented at the meeting. The total number of participants is 19.
 

• We decided on and approve of the objectives, activities and responsibilities of the project.

• We decided on the administrative and reporting processes.

• A briefed on the project budget, budget management and expenditures documents and how they will be kept.

• We decided on the work to do in the preliminary phase

• We decided on the evaluation work

• We decided on the work to do during the dissemination phase

• We decided on the work to do during the sustainability phase.

• We decided on and set the quality standards for the intellectual outcomes

• We will sign the interior partnership agreements

• We defined the communication strategies and objectives and form a mailing list

• We decided on the foreseeable risks and define the precautions that can be taken against them.
